In 1991 Bob Schade became Head Golf Professional at Cypresswood Golf & Country Club and began teaching golf there. He first encountered the Stack and Tilt system in 2016, took a lesson with its founder Andy Plummer and has attended five Stack and Tilt network trainings. He drew praise from reviewers for his knowledge of the Stack and Tilt method.
He built his teaching philosophy on an early mentor's keep-it-simple approach. Bob wants each student to leave every lesson better in some way. He finds that students learn differently: some need to be told, some shown, others moved through a drill. A parent said he explains swing mechanics so anyone can understand and uses before-and-after video to show improvement.
